Sidney, Ohio – July 22, 2019 – The SMS Group today announced that its Shop Floor Data Collection 2.1 has achieved SAP-certified integration with SAP Business One®,9.3 for SAP HANA®. The SAP® Integration and Certification Center has certified that Shop Floor Data Collection has been proven to integrate with SAP Business One, providing improved accuracy of data by validating the data where the data is collected and moving transaction recording to where the transaction occurs.

Shop Floor Data Collection extends the standard warehouse management and manufacturing transaction sets to the shop floor where the transactions occur. Transferring inventory, picking and packing, receiving and shipping, and time management of production orders are mobilized with the Shop Floor Data Collection service through SAP Business One’s DI API to communicate directly with the Business One solution and record transactions in real-time.  Whether a business runs a single plant or multiple locations, SFDC will streamline transactions and integrate with the SAP Business One application that works with and is powered by SAP HANA.
